The food shall refer to the edible or drinkable finished goods and raw material and the goods classified as the food and the Chinese traditional medicine as per the traditions, but excluding the goods for therapy. (The Law of Food Safety of the People’s Republic of China)

 

The food safety shall means the food without any poison or hazard, conforming to the nutrition required without any acute, sub-acute or chronic harm against the body health.
