This software shall be mainly used to provide the tools of supervision and law enforcement for the governmental supervision staff of input. The supervision department of input shall implement the filing system of manufacturing and sales enterprise of agricultural materials within the administrative region. Therefore, only the enterprise filed in the system shall be eligible to the sales of agricultural materials. The enterprise filed shall be able to register the product into the system by using the software and the system shall be able to provide the tracing two-dimension printing function for the registered product that can be pasted in the external package of product by the manufacturer for tracing and inspection of law enforcement. The competent department of law enforcement shall convey the task of law enforcement to the law enforcement team through the software; and then the law enforcement team shall go to the sales or manufacturing enterprise for the quality inspection, record the status of law enforcement through PC terminal system or conduct the inspection of law enforcement by the portable mobile terminal. The information about inspection of law enforcement shall be uploaded into the service terminal. The data of software summarization and abstractive law enforcement shall be able to provide the common form of statistical analysis and support the supervision for the supervision staff.
