E-Archives Digital Archives Series

With the common application of information technology, various types of digital information have been appearing in each unit. They are the real records of social activities of human in the information times and the preciously cultural heritage. Meanwhile, the utilization demand of archive is vigorous increasingly as the social development. Thus, the construction of digital archive has been regarded as an importantly integral part of national and regional information strategy. The information development has involved with the archive business from 2003. As the nominated manufacturing enterprise of software and digital process for the Chinese Archives Society , it has participated in formulating the relevant standards or guidelines of many electronic documents, databases, and digital archives released officially by means of the archive information experiences accumulated in many years, such as the Construction Guidelines of Digital Archive, the Method of Handover and Acceptance of E-Archive, the Measures for Test of Digital Archive and etc.

Based on the Construction Guidelines of Digital Archive, the Measures for Test of Digital Archive and other national standards and regulations, the Digital Archive Series Products has developed ten Apps of digital archives as indicated in the followings by taking eight links of archive as the foundation, and focusing on the process flows of four businesses, namely reception, management, saving and utilization from the perspectives of management, business and service.
